ABOUT
What is in a name? Lilliheil Consulting is based on the principle that who we are today is a combination of both our past and our present. We are all born with a gentetic predisposition to certain personality traits and characteristics. However, our upbringing and life experiences shape and mold us into who we are today, allowing us to branch out into new directions for our future. It is a combination of these roots and branches that allow us to succeed in life. Some things may come more naturally to us, while other things may require us to work harder or try a new approach to life.

My roots are as a Lillibridge. I come from two charismatic and loving parents who both chose the field of psychology. My upbringing taught me the value of honesty, integrity, transparency, empathy and the importance of communication. I took these values and forged my own path in life. This path has led to both successes and challenges. It is these hills and valleys I walk through as an adult, as a Heilman, that have continued to shape me into the professional I am today. I have brought together both my past and present, to create a company I am proud of. Lilliheil Consulting works to support individuals as they too grow to reach their highest potenital in life.
