Lilliheil Consulting has several workshops that focus on professional development. Some areas of focus include: communication skill building, leadership training, disability awareness, DEI education, team building and more.
Dr. Heilman is open to new ideas and willing to work with companies to modify or develop new programs based on their specific needs.
Dr. Heilman offers additional leadership support through Executive Coaching.
Disability Education and Coaching
Dr. Heilman works with various medical entities, campus safety offices, and other agencies that interact with people with disabilities, to provide education on disability rights, communication training, and social justice advocacy.

Dr. Heilman also offers individual coaching for individuals with disabilities as they navigate college services and the medical community. Areas of focus include: identifying colleges that are a good fit, advocating for accommodations, executive functioning training, and job coaching.
About Dr. Jillian Heilman
Dr. Jillian Lillibridge Heilman is a public speaker, disability advocate, adjunct professor, executive coach, and PeopleMap Trainer. Through her professional endeavors, Dr. Heilman shares her expertise on disability rights, personality types, communication strategies, and leadership development to help individuals and corporations maximize their potential in both their professional and personal lives. For the past 15 years, Dr. Heilman has conducted workshops, keynote speeches and one-on-one coaching in the areas of disability rights, intrinsic bias, personality assessments, communication skills, leadership development, conflict resolution, learned optimism, mentorship, and stress management.

Dr. Heilman earned her doctorate degree in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Florida, is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified PeopleMap Systems trainer. . She also completed her certification as a PeopleMap Systems trainer. Dr. Heilman currently works as the Director of Student Accessibility Services at Connecticut College and Adjunct Professor at the University of South Florida. Dr. Heilman currently resides in East Haddam, Connecticut with her husband and children.

In her spare time, Dr. Heilman and her husband founded a non-profit in their daughter’s memory, the Halle Grace Foundation, that services children with disabilities and supports their families as they face the medical challenges associated with chronic illness.
